The service
Munshi, run by Munshi (proprietor: Bhuvan Arora, Udyam UDYAM-RJ-01-0177379), helps sellers run their business on WhatsApp: a shop page, orders, bookings, payment links, reminders and accounts. By using Munshi you accept these terms.
Sellers are responsible for their business
Sellers decide what they sell, its price and quality, and deliver it. Sellers are responsible for registrations, licences and taxes that apply to them (for example FSSAI or GST), and for honouring orders they accept. Munshi is not a party to the sale.
Payments
Customers pay sellers directly by UPI or cash. Munshi does not hold, move or guarantee money. A payment is marked received only when the seller confirms it.
Munshi is an AI assistant
Munshi uses AI to understand messages and can make mistakes. Prices and totals are calculated by the system from the seller's own prices, and orders and payments need the seller's approval. Please check important details.
Fair use
Don't use Munshi for anything illegal, for goods or services that are banned, to mislead customers, or to message people who haven't asked to hear from you. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
Munshi is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from sales between sellers and customers, from WhatsApp or other services being unavailable, or from mistakes the seller did not check.
Ending
