Munshi helps anyone in India run a small business from WhatsApp — by voice or text, in Hindi, Hinglish or English. Sellers describe their business once; Munshi then answers their customers, takes orders and bookings, sends payment links and reminders, and keeps the accounts. Payments go to the seller; sellers pay Munshi a small monthly subscription (free during the pilot).
