How it works
1. Tell Munshi about your business
Send a voice note in Hindi, Hinglish or English: what you sell, your prices, your timings. Munshi sets up your shop in a few minutes.
2. Share your shop link
Customers open your shop page and order on WhatsApp. Munshi answers their questions, takes the order and works out the total from your own prices.
3. You stay in charge
You approve every order. Customers pay you directly by UPI, or online through our payment partner, and the money goes to your bank.
4. Munshi keeps the accounts
Booking reminders, payment reminders, udhaar (credit) khata, bills and an evening summary of the day — all on WhatsApp.

Payments and privacy

Price
Free during the pilot. Later, sellers pay a small monthly subscription; customers never pay Munshi anything.
